Lunch in Himeji

Lunch at Zebra Restaurant in Himeji- grilled lamb with a sweet red pepper sauce! A take on piri-piri sauce? The chef cooked for the Japanese Embassy in Zimbabwe and Ghana and returned to Japan to establish Zebra Restaurant.
